We specialise in the south and northern parts of France - authentic village houses, country properties in idyllic settings, intimate cottages or French-style gîtes. We also promote several selected apartments and ateliers in Paris.

Most of our properties are privately owned and their unique atmosphere and charm reflects the individuality of the owner.

Many of these properties are located away from the usual tourist destinations and so just getting there can be a rewarding and adventurous experience in itself.
