The villa is situated in a quiet, residential area, directly opposite the Collège International de Français which teaches French to foreign students all the year round in the beautiful, turn-of-the-century buildings of the Fondation Santa Maria.  The complex includes a historical chapel and occupies an entire city block which stretches right down to the sea.
The Boulevard du Midi runs right along the seashore from this Côte d’Azur holiday home.  It is a great stretch of fine, champagne-coloured sand several miles long - a place to lie and to relax, to sunbathe and to enjoy the view of yachts with colourful spinnakers running before the breeze on the Bay of  la Napoule, or to jog for miles along the seafront.  Snack bars, cafés and restaurants line the promenade all the way to the Vieux Port, the Palais des Festivals and la Croisette.  After a day in the hot Riviera sun, the beach is only a minute away from a refreshing shower and a cold glass of your favourite rosé in your garden under the shade of the umbrella palm.
View East to Palm Beach

Following the hectic spring and summer months, you can enjoy a different festival every month in this locality from October through to April: mimosa, music, dance as well as antiques fairs and the attractions of regular weekly markets.

A perfect venue as accommodation for you next conference visit in the region - on a sunny day you can take a break and have lunch at a beach restaurant just minutes away from your Cannes base and soak up the sun under clear, blue skies, between the turquoise of the sea and the snow-capped, white  mountain peaks surrounding Nice.

Or stroll along the rue d'Antibes and the Boulevarde de la Croisette where the shopping is is great, the nightlife is varied and the majority of the restaurants are open with enclosed glass areas for dining right by the sea. Life can be wonderful...

If you are attending any of the annual conferences and exhibitions held in Cannes (MIDEM, MILIA, GSM, MIPIM, MIPTV, Cannes Film Festival, Publicity and Advertising, MIPCOM, TAX FREE, GARTNER, MAPIC) at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrés - our Cannes French Riviera villa rental is the place for you!

View West to la Napoule

If you want to walk to the beach, the restaurants, the Forville flower and produce market in the Old Town, and the elegant shops along rue d'Antibes and la Croisette, yet have a French seaside villa holiday - then there is no better place to be...

"The Côte d'Azur belongs to all those who dream of it".  It is beaches, luxury hotels and sun-drenched towns.  It loves nightlife, cinema, glitter and roulette, being under in the limelight, while protecting its natural environment. It also elegantly dons the latest creations from haute couture while jogging in a white sweat suit at dawn.  It revels in the maze of streets of its perched villages, hikes on mountain peaks flirting with the sky… "canyoneers" in white water.  It can be theatrical, adores opera and putting on a show… before strolling, holding a bouquet of fresh-cut flowers, in the aisles of a colourful market.  The French Riviera… is as you like it: eternal."
