The villa is situated in a quiet, residential area, directly opposite the Collège International de Français which teaches French to foreign students all the year round in the beautiful, turn-of-the-century buildings of the Fondation Santa Maria. The complex includes a historical chapel and occupies an entire city block which stretches right down to the sea. |
| The Boulevard du Midi runs right along the seashore from this Côte d’Azur holiday home. It is a great stretch of fine, champagne-coloured sand several miles long - a place to lie and to relax, to sunbathe and to enjoy the view of yachts with colourful spinnakers running before the breeze on the Bay of la Napoule, or to jog for miles along the seafront. Snack bars, cafés and restaurants line the promenade all the way to the Vieux Port, the Palais des Festivals and la Croisette. After a day in the hot Riviera sun, the beach is only a minute away from a refreshing shower and a cold glass of your favourite rosé in your garden under the shade of the umbrella palm. |
